This application allows users to upload personal photos and splice images freely through built-in exclusive templates, helping users create stylish and unified collage works. This policy strictly complies with Apple App Store review guidelines, international data protection regulations and industry privacy compliance standards. It clearly defines our data collection, processing, storage and protection specifications during users’ use of photo uploading and template collage splicing functions. Downloading, installing and continuing to use this application means you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause herein, please terminate the use of all App services immediately.

1. Age Eligibility

• Jovlen provides photo template splicing and collage production services only for users aged 18 and above. This application is not applicable or accessible to minor users.

• We do not actively collect, store or process any photo data and usage content uploaded by minors. No minor-generated collage works and operation records will be retained on our platform.

• Once the system detects content uploaded by underage users, all corresponding photos, operation logs and cached data will be permanently deleted. Legal guardians may contact our official email to submit data clearance requests for unauthorized minor usage.

2. Processed User Data

• User Uploaded Photos: To support core template collage functions, we only process image files actively and voluntarily uploaded by users. All photos are solely used for template matching, image splicing and collage work generation within the application.

• Anonymous Operational Data: We collect minimal, non-identifiable anonymous data including function usage records and App operating status. This type of data cannot locate or identify any individual user and is only used for service stability optimization.

• No Sensitive Private Data Collection: We adhere strictly to the minimum data principle. Without explicit user authorization, we will never obtain user location, identity information, contact lists, private album resources and other sensitive personal data unrelated to collage functions.

3. Data Processing Purposes

• Realize Core Collage Functions: Process user-uploaded photos to complete template adaptation, intelligent splicing and picture combination, realizing one-click personalized photo collage creation.

• Optimize User Experience: Analyze anonymous operation data to fix functional bugs, optimize image processing fluency, upgrade template adaptation effects and improve overall service quality.

• Handle User Requests: Reserve necessary valid data to respond to user privacy consultations, functional feedback and technical support demands, ensuring efficient and standardized problem handling.

4. Data Storage & User Ownership

• All user uploaded photos and generated collage works are processed to complete user-required image splicing services.

• All uploaded images and finished collage works belong entirely to the user. Users enjoy full ownership and intellectual property rights of all personal creative content.

• Users have independent management rights over all image data. You can delete cached photos and collage records in the App at any time.

• After users delete content or stop using the service, we will clear corresponding image data and terminate all data processing activities related to the user.

5. Data Security Protection

• We adopt industry-standard encryption technology to protect user uploaded photos and collage data, preventing illegal access, data leakage and tampering.

• Internal data access is under strict hierarchical authority control and full-process audit. No staff can view or obtain user image resources without formal authorization.

• We conduct regular security inspections and technical iterations to fully protect user image privacy and data integrity.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• We will never sell, rent, trade or commercially utilize user photos and collage creation data in any form.

• Under normal service operation, we will not share or disclose user image content to any third-party institutions or individuals.

• Data disclosure is only permitted when required by mandatory legal provisions, judicial orders, administrative law enforcement requirements, or with explicit voluntary authorization from users.

7. Third-Party Service Instructions

The App’s image parsing, rendering and splicing processing functions rely on secure and compliant third-party technical services. All cooperative third-party platforms have independent privacy policies and data protection mechanisms, which are not governed by this agreement. We only cooperate with legally qualified service providers and do not bear legal responsibility for third-party independent data processing behaviors.

8. User Rights & Data Management

• Users have complete independent control rights over all uploaded photos and generated collage works.

• Users can view, delete and manage personal image data at any time, and have the right to withdraw data processing authorization.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy according to App function iterations, technical upgrades, Apple platform specification adjustments and legal changes. The latest policy will be displayed in the App with an updated date. Continued use of the App after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Disclaimer
